Problems with Jerseys.

RR jersey & MI jersey so similar that somebody from the fielding side can come, bat and then go back. Nobody will be bothered. #IPL

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (often abbreviated as RCB) are a franchise cricket team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, that plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). One of the original eight teams in the IPL, the team has made three final appearances in the IPL, losing all of them (in 2009 to the Deccan Chargers, in 2011 to the Chennai Super Kings and in 2016 to the Sunrisers Hyderabad). The team also finished runners-up in the 2011 CLT20.

The home ground of the Royal Challengers is the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.[2] The team is currently captained by Virat Kohli and coached by Daniel Vettori.[3][4]

Franchise history[edit]

Indian Premier League is a cricket tournament organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and backed by the International Cricket Council (ICC).[5] For the inaugural tournament held in April–June 2008, the BCCI had finalised a list of 8 teams who will be participating in the tournament. KKR pull off stunning win over CSK in a pulsating IPL 5 final!

urple is the colour of the Indian Premier League and the Knights are the new Kings. There are a whole host of new heroes who made this possible: The unheralded Manvinder Singh Bisla, the legendary Jacques Kallis, Shakib Al Hasan, and Kolkata’s own Manoj Tiwary.

Each of them played like they owned the stage as Shah Rukh Khan’s Knights notched up an unbelievable win with three balls to spare.

Bisla didn’t know till Saturday evening whether he would be playing the final. KKR took a big gamble by playing him ahead of Brendon McCullum and the Haryana batsman was an absolute revelation.

A chase of 191 is thought to be out of bounds when you are playing at the Chepauk against CSK, and when skipper Gautam Gambhir got out in the first over, it seemed Chennai were well on their way to making it a hat-trick of titles.

But Bisla came out of nowhere and started hitting every single bowler on view....

Mumbai Indians 195 for 5 in 14.4 overs (Anderson 95*) beat Rajasthan Royals 189 for 4 (Samson 74, Nair 50) by five wickets
Scorecard and ball-by-ball details

The scenes at the Wankhede Stadium were scarcely believable as Mumbai Indians' turnaround of a campaign that had begun so disastrously culminated in the most fairy-tale of finishes. As Aditya Tare swung his first ball - James Faulkner's leg-stump full toss - over long leg to give Mumbai the boundary they needed to claw into the playoffs, Rahul Dravid rose from the dugout and flung his Rajasthan Royals cap to the ground as the team he was mentoring completed the most spectacular of meltdowns to lose an un-loseable game.

The shambles that caused Dravid to lose his temper would have broken less-composed men much sooner. Despite the mad-scientist experiments in their last few matches, Royals had gone into this game with a hand full of aces. Mumbai Indians, having decided to chase, needed...

Sunrisers Hyderabad 132 for 5 (Parthiv 47, Dhawan 42, Abdulla 3-29) beat Kolkata Knight Riders 130 for 7 (Yusuf 49*, Steyn 2-24) by five wickets
Scorecard and ball-by-ball details

Sunrisers Hyderabad threatened to blaze into the playoffs. They then opened the back door for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Then Darren Sammy danced down the track and lofted Iqbal Abdulla for successive sixes to send the Uppal Stadium into a frenzy. Sunrisers had taken the final playoff spot in their debut IPL season, after almost blowing it towards the end.

Having watched their bowlers tie Rajasthan Royals in knots during a similar chase two nights ago, Parthiv Patel and Shikhar Dhawan came out determined to be positive. They continued in the same manner for 89 runs in just over 11 overs, and had it not been for a rather needless reverse-sweep attempted by Dhawan, Sunrisers, Royal Challengers and their respective fans would have been spared several tense minutes.

It was...

Double header on a Tuesday, Not many would want it, Unless they are willing to see the fireworks of Chris Gayle.

First Game, Had one name to be written, Just CHRIS GAYLE… One man literally played against 11 Pune players and won the game hands down. Records kept tumbling as Gayle kept swinging his bat (all those tumbled records are listed below). Ballistic Gayle went on to score 175 runs in 66 balls, which had 13 fours, 17 sixes & 18 dot balls. Other played the second fiddle around him, RCB ended with the highest T20 score 263/5 in 20 overs. PWI played their 20 overs trying to reduce their deficit of defeat, and ended up scoring 133 runs, leaving them just sort of 130 runs from the target. A point to note, Gayle also picked 2 wickets in the only over he bowled.

Royal Challengers Bangalore won the match by 130 runs…

Second Game, After having a Power packed, you can’t eclipse the effort of calypso, So it was always a dull game, where people relived the...

Hi all,

Finally after 6 weeks of league stages, Its time for one final stretch in IPL to decide the Winner of Season 5…

Play offs – 1:

Delhi Daredevils Vs Kolkata Knight Riders

Having a fabulous season Delhi will look themselves as favourites to reach their first finals, It would not be easy against the team which looked technically sound than any other team this season.

Gambhir won the toss and decided to Bat first in a spin assisting track, Gambhir & McCullum provided the decent start within the 6 overs, as they were 48 runs losing the skipper to a poor running. Wicket was turning square even in the 7th over and KKR batsmen both Kallis & McCullum found it difficult to rotate the strike in the spinners over. But the best think for KKR is that, Pawan Negi is the only spinner Delhi had in the playing XI, which meant they can easily go after other bowlers. Wickets fell in quick successions then but Yusuf Pathan who had known very little this...

Today, in the evening time, I was just trying to do something special for my favorite team Mumbai Indians, so I just went through websites and saw a webpage by India Today, explaining why MI will lose against CSK.
